Background

With over 20 years in customer service, James has spent much of his career delivering high-touch, bespoke experiences for some of the most discerning clients around — from Premier League footballers and celebrities to musicians and high net worth individuals. Regularly involved in multimillion-pound deals and accounts, he developed an exceptional eye for detail and an instinctive ability to put the client at the centre of everything. That same standard is something he brings to every interaction at Pindrop.

James has always been passionate about property — from tracking the market and maximising a home’s value to rethinking layouts and interior design. When he first encountered Pindrop Property, the fit was immediate. Sharing the same “best of the best” mindset and a genuine commitment to doing things differently, it felt like a natural home. Having lived in EN2 for over 11 years, James is deeply connected to the local community — and sees his role as much about giving back as it is about business.

Away from work

Growing up in SW19, tennis was practically a rite of passage for James — and he’s also played football at both Stamford Bridge and Plough Lane, which still feels surreal. These days he can usually be found on the golf course when time allows. A published poet and well-travelled adventurer who has visited 64 countries, James now plans his explorations carefully around school holidays!
